To use Rebble's Services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and reside in a jurisdiction where our Services may legally operate.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Rebble may verify your identity and eligibility at any time, including requesting additional documentation.

You must complete registration with accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not.

You must promptly notify Rebble of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or compromised credentials. Rebble may suspend or terminate access where suspicious activity is detected.

Rebble provides access to digital asset investment and trading services.

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including volatility and regulatory changes, and may result in the loss of part or all invested capital.

Rebble does not guarantee investment outcomes or returns. You should invest only what you can afford to lose.

Rebble maintains strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, and Counter-Proliferation Financing laws and standards.

You agree that Rebble may collect and verify information relating to your identity, source of funds, nature of transactions, and business relationships in accordance with our KYC procedures.

This may include identification documents, proof of address, source of wealth documentation, and other information reasonably required to meet regulatory obligations.

You authorize ongoing monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, and account restrictions where non-compliance is suspected.

By using the Services, you agree to pay applicable fees, including trading fees, management fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges listed in our Fee Schedule.

Rebble may modify the fee structure with reasonable notice and may automatically deduct applicable fees from your account balance or funds held on the platform.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

All intellectual property in the Platform, including software, algorithms, AI systems, designs, content, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Rebble.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely as intended.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or use Rebble's intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

Rebble is a non-custodial platform and does not hold user funds at any time. You retain sole control and responsibility over your assets.

The Platform, Services, and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Rebble makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, crypto transactions, or any information or services obtained through the Platform.

Rebble disclaims liability for losses arising from investment decisions, market conditions, technical issues beyond our control, regulatory changes, platform unavailability, or third-party actions.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, including lost profits and lost opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebble's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Rebble in the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rebble may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

You may withdraw available funds subject to applicable law, ongoing investigations, and legal proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes that cannot be settled amicably within one month may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, seated in Lagos, Nigeria, and in the English language. The award shall be final and binding except in cases of misconduct or error on the face of the award.
